Order Delivery

NOTE: US orders will have fulfillment delays at production facilities that are working at a reduced capacity. Please read our FAQ for more info and updates.  The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers.

You should receive an email within 3-7 business days that your order has been shipped. Deliveries within the United States are made by USPS, UPS and FedEx shipping, and will arrive within a week from the date of your order (not including public holidays or weekends). Generally most orders arrive within 3-7 business days.

We ship domestically here in the United States and most international countries.

Please submit your best daytime address for delivery, as a request for a second delivery will require an additional fee. Any incorrect address details will often result in the parcel being returned to the sender, in which case you will be charged for re-delivery.

All deliveries are traceable and require a signature, unless you the customer, selects a Standard Shipping option. Selecting this option gives the courier authority to leave the parcel unattended at your chosen address if they believe there is a safe place to leave it, and Barber's Den will not be responsible for any misplaced or unclaimed packages.

We charge the following shipping rates within the United States for orders below $100, varying by location:

$5.95 + $3.00 per item for Standard Shipping (3-7 days)

$19.95 + $6.00 per item for Express Shipping (1-3 days)

International deliveries will be sent using a USPS international courier and are charged at a flat fee of $39.00 + $5 per item for orders below $250, and adjusted ship rates for orders above $250. Please allow 10-20 or more business days for delivery.

All prices on our website are in US Dollars. If your order is being delivered outside of the Massachusetts, you will need to pay your states taxes or country’s custom fees / import duties when you receive your package.

All orders are subject to availability. From time to time we may be waiting for a new delivery. We apologize if your items are unavailable at the moment and will contact you to offer a refund or to suggest placing your items on back order, which will ensure you receive them as priority once stock has been delivered to Barber's Den.

Returns Policy

We firmly stand behind our products as we work with only the best vendors around the globe. We work with several local printers that use the highest quality and certified printing inks and processes to ensure premium quality in a secure production environment.

If you are not happy with our products for any reason, please return them and we will either exchange them or give you your money back excluding all postage fees. We will do our best to exchange items excluding payable shipping depending on stock availability. All garments and accessories must be unworn and unwashed in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Please notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods if you would like to return your order. Send an email to evan @ thebarbersden.com and request an tracking number. Include your order number in this email and notify us which goods you would like to exchange or return. 

Then return goods by registered or express post, postmarked within 3 days of receipt of the tracking number to :

After 3 days, all orders are final, including those in which you entered the wrong shipping address - no refunds will be allowed as we have already paid our supplier and shipped your order to that address.

We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent using a traceable carrier. Barber's Den will not be held responsible for packages not received by us that were returned without a tracking/order number.

Goods returned without a requested tracking number will not be approved for exchange or refund. Garments will not be eligible for exchange/return if we consider them used or if they are without tags attached.

**We reserve the right to refuse any returns if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return.

**We currently do not accept returns for International Orders.

Sale Items & Discounts

Sale on discounted items are final sale, and can only be returned for a credit voucher. Previous purchases are not eligible for a discount.

To exchange sale items simply return them to us in their original condition with the original invoice as proof of purchase. Once received we will issue you with a credit voucher. The gift voucher will be valid for 6 months for product purchase. 

Please use the enclosed returns form to tell us why you are returning the goods and quote your tracking/order number.

Return postage/shipping is at the expense of the purchaser.

Promotion & Codes

For any promotion that requires you to spend over a certain amount to obtain the promotion, your order must remain above this minimum spend even after returns are processed. If you are returning items that will drop your order total below the minimum spend you will normally forfeit your promotional discount or will be charged for any free items you have not returned.
